Camel Commercial is headed by our Company Director Simon Dowling FRICS FNAEA who for many years as a senior partner in one of the largest firms of independent chartered surveyors in North Cornwall specialised in the valuation of hotels, shops and other commercial properties.
As such Simons’s development of our Commercial Department dealing with the sale of all types of property in the commercial sector was a natural progression once he joined the Company full time in 2004. In most recent years we have been one of the leading local agents involved in the formation and marketing of a number of major redevelopment sites in the Newquay area.
