When you decide to sell your property with Camel Homes we will initially arrange a convenient inspection to provide you with a free written market appraisal. This will summarise the property detail, explain our valuation and marketing recommendations and outline the terms upon which we would act as your agent.

Next we will prepare our draft property particulars and send them to you for your approval together with our formal contractual terms for signature. It is now mandatory for every property marketed to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and, if required, we can commission this at competitive rates on your behalf.

When we have received your approved particulars and our signed terms and conditions of engagement we will immediately commence marketing your property. This will entail placing the property particulars on the internet via our own website and social media pages, and on national property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and Primelocation.

Particulars will also be sent out to our large database of potential buyers by email or post and your property will be included in our weekly local property newspaper advertising.

We will accompany all viewings and will advise you both verbally and in writing of all offers received.

Once a purchase price has been agreed we will formally instruct the solicitors acting for both sides and thereafter we will co-ordinate the sale progress to completion on your behalf.
